If you have all of the basic items above (CAD drawings, details dimensions etc.) before you call us that will expedite the process. 1 day or 2 less is our usual turn around time for an initial design and quote. If you have a large or complex project that requires theme development, it may take a bit longer.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST?
On average,indoor playgrounds last between 6 and 12 years.Our playground products and components are constructed of high quality materials,which helps extend their life span.How long our products last depends on numerous factors, including the level of maintenance and frequency of use. Our equipment will last for years to come if properly cleaned, inspected, and maintained. Do what you can to protect and take care of your equipment for long-lasting fun.
HOW LONG DO PROJECTS USUALLY TAKE?
The time of projects varies depending on the size, design elements desired, and any customization. There are many aspects of starting an indoor playground — market research, design and planning, obtaining business licenses,shipping, installation — some projects naturally take longer than others, depending on what’s needed. Similar to cost estimates, knowing the project’s scope lets us provide a more accurate time estimate for a given project.

HOW DO YOU PICK UP THE ORDER?
Cooperation with 2KIDDY, You do not need to worry about pick up. Anywhere in the world we able to make shipping. We export world-wide more than decade. Have good relationship with shipping forwarder. Can clean custom and delivery directly to your location. Help you apply ISF and clean custom.
WHAT IS THE PAYMENT TERM?
The international freight changes each week, Each port have very different shipping freight. So we do not accept order directly online. We have to check freight first then make contract. You may use wire transfer (bank to bank).
